Unable to access the Trace data in CPI

Hello Experts,

I have been facing an issue in viewing the trace data in CPI iflows. I have got assigned all the roles of developer, administrator and business expert to my ID but still I cannot see the trace data. Kindly suggest if any other role to be added to access the trace.

Hello Rishabh, it would be advisable to include the following roles: Please refer to this link for more information: https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-integration/sap-cloud-integration/persona-neo?locale=en-US

After adding these roles, you can access the Integration Suite in the ingognitive window and attempt to view the log levels.

As suggested by Sri, you can verify the specific sub account you are currently in.
