Hello SAP Support,
We are trying to generate a new SAP license key for our Production systemin SAP for Me, the page does not load any installation or system number, and the option to add or request a new Hardware Key is not available.
Because of this, we are unable to register the new hardware key and generate the corresponding license file required for the system.
Could you please check our account configuration and enable the option to add/request a new Hardware Key for Installation DIGITS?
If any backend correction or account update is required, please proceed.
We need to generate the new license key urgently to avoid system downtime.

If the license key request landing page does not load any installation or system number, could you pls kindly try to refresh/reload the page?
Or could you pls kindly try to find the system using the central search feature in SAP for Me with the system number as per KBA 3385871 - How to search for systems and license keys created in the License Keys application - SAP f....
