When we go to the SAP BTP cockpit from Account Explorer, select the global account that contains your SAP Cloud ALM entitlement and open the subaccount that contains your SAP Cloud ALM subscription.
We don't see Cloud ALM under any subaccounts only under systems.
Request clarification before answering.
