Unable to access SolutionManager 7.2 Fiori launchpad

Dear SAP,

when I started the Fiori launchpad by opening the URL in a browser

Fiori Launchpad page is totally empty after logon screen and keeps on loading. Fiori tiles are not visible

Hello team,

When Fiori Launchpad is loading successfully but is not showing any group / tile in main page, means no catalogs are assigned to corresponding user or groups / tiles are not enabled.
