Hi,
I'm following the tutorials in SAP learning journey for Integration suite ( https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/developing-with-sap-integration-suite/setting-up-your-envi... ).
I have subscribed to Integration Suite and added required capabilities and role collections. But still I'm unable to navigate to the API portal.

Also, I have referred to this tutorial and the API settings page is empty :
https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/api-mgmt-isuite-initial-setup.html

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Vijay
Hope you already solved this issue. I would like to share my solution.
1) Go to BTP cockpit and select user option and assign all role collection
2) Go to Integration Suite and click setting -> APIs, then it will show 'You account is being provisioned, please wait'
3) Go to Integration Suite again, API management tile is working.

Hope this could help.

I faced the same problem, I followed the steps in the first answer and still did not enable the API MANAGEMENT option.
I realized that I had to create the instances to validate the environment.
I created two instances: One for the API, assigning all available roles to it, and the instance for integration only to ESBMensage.

In integration suite please click Settings -> API. You need to wait, then "log off" information will show.
Relog and everything is OK ... But You need to wait, no close the empty scren ...
