The UI5 Inspector project still exists and you can find the latest version on the GitHub Repository. However, on Chrome Web Store the extension got removed due to some frictions. But we are working on fixing this as well and hope that the latest version will be available under the known link again soon.

Not sure I understand what you mean? The UI5 Inspector is back under the known URL since quite a while. If you are facing any issues using the UI5 Inspector I recommend to open a GitHub issue.
