Can you share more details?

My assumption is that either the "list" control was not added (steps 6.2 - 6.3) or that the "standard list item" control was not selected after adding the "list" control (step 6.4). The text in step 6.4 describes how to do this, and the image in step 6.4 shows how to confirm that the relevant control is selected (breadcrumbs).

Please provide a screenshot(s) that show the canvas with the "list" control" and the breadcrumbs.
