UI5 Application Does´t open on IE and EDGE.

Hi Devs

I created an ui5 aplication but now it open in all web navigators in my computer but in some user computers only chrome open my application ,do you know some keynote or tutorial to solve this problem ?thanks .

we cleaned cookies and etc...
