UI Integration card preview - 404 error for destinations

Hi guys,

I have been recently introduced to the world of UI Integration cards for SAP work zone and so far its been pretty easy to use. I have been trying to implement the Component UI Integration Card and whenever i try to preview the card, the destination (sapes5 devcenter) i'm trying to reach always returns with a 404. The setup is as follows below.

request from controller.js

network tab results

Appreciate any tips or hints as to where i might be missing some config or what im doing wrong here. Ive trawled through all the demo's and docs and cant seem to find anything as to why this is happening.
