TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getName')

Hello Experts !

Currently i have an issue with SAC story where typeError is occurring in edit mode and the error looks like this. I am able to view the dashboard all the widgets with data in view/present mode.

[ERROR] [LWMD] - Wasn't able to reconcile data model for view:[_SYS_BIC][t.5][Cfi4291353gpdiav5s6b5lb7155], TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getName')

Hi,

Have u tried creating new story on the same model and check whether u are getting same error.In the existing story, try replicating a new page and see if the error exists in the new page. Try removing charts and check if due to any chart corruption u are getting this error.

Thank you for you reply. the background is, it is a new Test tenant copy of Production system SAC. Here i tried to change data models with same BW query and also tried to update widgets with same data model. Unfortunately, the error still exist in the system.

In new story perspective, Yes i am able to create new but the need here is should be able to work/do changes on copied widgets during tenant copy.

Dear jain06. Thanks. Your advice worked also for an integration center that did not retrieve correctly a data. With the same setting in a new one it works.
