Turning off notifications for Validation Rules updates

Hello SAC Community,

for some time I have been meaning to ask you, if any of you know, if there is a possibility in SAC, to turn off notifications that you receive from Validation Rules everytime there is an update in the given Dimension. We have a planning application that allows users to create new members in a Dimension. That Dimension is included in a Validation Rule in the model and everytime we create a new member in the Dimension, we receive the following notification. It is pretty annoying because we create upto 20 new dimension members in one go which creates 20 notifications. We have not found a way to turn these notifications off. Did any of you?

May I ask how does user create new member? Via data import into public dimension or dimension manager or story add new member?

Hello @William_Yu1, by a button that has a javascript API "createMembers" in the Application Design.

Same here. We will have an application where 200+ users will create and update master data by create/update APIs and each change of master data is triggering these messages. "Dimension combination XYz in rule abc is updated due to master data change in dimension xyz of model zzz." I can hide these messages in the story where the master data change is triggered from by using "Application.setMessageTypesToShow([]); " But all developers with an open SAC window will get these messages. That message/notification type should be customizable in the administration settings....

Thanks for the update. At the moment, no way to eliminate the message. Let's see what could be done.
