Hi experts,

I am getting error as '

Tunnel connection to subaccount 04527f31-e7f9-4071-afbd-e4271d2b77ef@cf.us10.hana.ondemand.com is broken and cannot be used

'

This is happening when i am trying to add subaccount from my free trail account at cloud connector administration..

Let me know how to resolve this issue.

I am attaching screenshot of the same error.png

Hey, check if you're connected to any VPN, disconnect it and then try to connect again. For my case I was facing the same issue then I checked VPN was connected. I disconnected the VPN and then tried it's worked. Otherwise try to switch the network and try again.
