TS12300097 does not update the PTREQ_HEADER table upon approval

We have copied the standard workflow for leave, it works for all the cases but however recently we have noticed that there are cases where when the approver approved the leave the workflow gets completed but the staging table PTREq_HEADER is not updatd with the approved status. Any insights or any resolutions ?

Hi Chaya,

Some time it takes time (15 to 20 minutes) to update the status.

Please check what is the content of workflow container REQ.STATUS from workflow log. The same staus gets reflected in PTREQ_HEADER.

Hi Urvi,

We are not able to fix till date as we are not able to identify the exact cause for such cases.

We have been retriggering the workitems to send back to approver to approve again as a work around.

Please let me  know if you happen to know the cause and solution.
