Trying to importing the data from SAP SCM . But facing issue with CRFC Error and you are not authorises to import the data.

the user connecting to SCM from BODS should have necessary permissions? check in ds_42_sap_en.pdf guide section 2.4.
ask your SAP security or Basis to turn on the trace for the user you connect to SCM
