Tricentis XScan is failing to scan a page on Microsoft Edge

Dear Community,

I'm trying to work with Tricentis Test Automation for Cloud ALM, and I'm having trouble with XScan and the Tricentis Automation Extension for Edge.

When I try to scan a Web browser, I select the appropriate option on Tosca Cloud.

This launches XScan, which starts up correctly (as far as I can tell).

I then select which application and click Scan.

The first strange thing happens. A popup asking me for the extension shows up, even if the extension is installed and up to date.

I will click No and now I have an intermittent connection displayed on the extension.

Sometimes it's green, sometimes it shows failure.

If I click to Scan Screen anyway on XScan.

I get the following error.

Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

Thank you,
Bruno

Hello Paula,

I did already, but thought I could leverage the power of the community in parallel.

Thank you regardless!
