Dear All,
We get following Errors in TREX Trace file (TREX_HTTP_SERVER_Log)

000041127 Err 2009-07-13/10:44:58 Program error HTTPRequest::ProcessCommand()

In addition New files added to KM repository is not being indexed effectively(randomly few files indexed and few falls into error), All Server status is Green all Index is green still files shows "Trex: Preparation failed: index operation" error and when i 'reset failed document entries' in TREX Monitor the files again shows the same error and not indexed.
What can be the possible solution for this.
Problem started yesterday itself and TREX's HTTP Server was red couple of time and again was green automatically after few minutes.
Regards,
Tushar Dave

Dear All,
I have found from my observations that files such as XML,TXT,JPG are getting indexed properly but, only PDF & DOC files are having trouble to indexed
and twice a day the HTTP Service on TREX Server is automatically Stopped (Red) so, have to Restart the IIS Admin Service for the server to make HTTP Service running.
Regards,
Tushar Dave
Frequent http Service of trex server in red status is resolved
