TrendData_SysOverallPerformance not allowing multiple user

I am trying to get multiple userID's data together from TrendData_SysOverallPerformance odata api for Sucessfactors

when ever i give one more userid as filter it throws below error

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?><error xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2007/08/dataservices/metadata"><code>COE_GENERAL_FORBIDDEN</code><message lang="en-US">[COE0020]target user id should not be null</message></error>

I have around 4500 users to update the data, reading one by one user is not possible , how to tackle this situvation.
