Tray Icon in Win7 64Bit for dbsvr12.exe

I need the Tray Icon for the dbsvr12.exe! We create a service and the database is running, but there is no system tray icon with the small monitor window we know from our sybase 7 installations.

I just found the the information about the -qi param, but by default the tray icon should be visible?!

Services cannot interact with the desktop in Vista and later operating systems. This is an OS restriction imposed by Microsoft for security.
