Transport of collaboration rooms

Hello all,

Is there any way we can transport existing collaboration rooms to QA or PRD? What I am asking for is how I can attach the existing rooms to a transport package. Is there any specific authorization needed to do the same?

Hi Sudha,

unfortunately you can only transport the room templates but not the instances of existing rooms.
