Transport Access

I am doing and audit over SAP environment and i am having a confusion regarding access to release transports to production environment.

I understand to release transports to production environment it requires access to 

STMS_import with activity 60

however, I cannot understand what's the function of Activity 43.

Hello, I assume you are after the correct values for authorization object S_TRANSPRT. Please check help link https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_nw73ehp1/7.31.19/en-us/52/0e5ed7c03311d2851c0000e8a57770/frameset.h... to get the relevant values. 43 is the value required to release the transport.
