Transitioning Custom Catalogs and Groups from Standalone Fiori to Embedded Fiori Deployment

Hello,

We are currently operating with a central hub deployment and plan to transition to an embedded deployment model. Could you please provide guidance on how to migrate custom catalogs and groups from our standalone Fiori system to the embedded environment(S4HANA1909)?
