transition from ECC to SAP Public cloud- transports and integration

Hi,

Please advise -

1- our company creates and transfers a  development transport (CR) containing ABAP code,  which is compatible to ECC and S4/HANA 1909 on premise,  today we can move this transport to any ECC and S4/HANA systems successfully ( we are transferring the development transport today using a transport file  to our SAP customer's systems  )

A- technically will we be able to transfer this same transport if we try to do so to  SAP Public Cloud 2402 system ? exactly as we are doing today to the ECC and S/4 HANA ? means does public cloudsupport importing transports from S/4 hana on premise ?

B- do we need to make some kind of conversion to our ABAP on premise code to enable the use of it in the SAP public cloud version ?

C- if any additional technical conversions are required , can you please advise ?

2- We are using integration from our financial system add on to ECC and  S/4 HANA SAP system using RFC connection- this integration works smoothly today and enables importing data from SAP to our product and exporting data back to SAP including document creation in SAP ( for example creation of vendor invoices in SAP using  BAPI )

A- does SAP public Cloud enables RFC connection such as the above  ? 

B- Will i need any additional development / settings to enable a new RFC connection to SAP Public Cloud which is different than RFC connection to S/*4 HANA on premise  ? Appreciate in advanced your advise
