   • Cause: The TPM service entitlement might not be assigned to your SAP BTP global account.
   • Solution: Verify and assign the necessary entitlements in the SAP BTP cockpit.

2. Insufficient User Roles:

   • Cause: Lack of required roles can prevent activation.
   • Solution: Ensure your user account has roles such as AuthGroup_TenantPartnerDirectoryConfigurator, which provides access to activate agreements and publish content into the Partner Directory.
