Tracking Extension Types in S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition)

Hi,

We would like to understand how clean the S/4HANA core is and analyze the extensions built on top of it.

Is there any way to track the types of extensions built on an S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) system?

Such as

- Classic ABAP extensions
- Key user extensions
- Developer extensions
