timed out DOM exception 23 in iOS

Hi Everyone,

We are working in one hybrid kapsel application development. We have used the following system design in our application.

                              Kapsel <-> SMP <-> IG <->SOAP Webservice <->Database

we are facing one problem in doing the create operation. When we are trying to place the order for first time after installing the application, we are getting timed out 23 exception. But order request has passed to the backend and order also getting created in backend. This issue is happening only in iOS device that too for very first time after installtion. We have one android application in that we are not getting this error.

System details :

SMP SDK SP09

SMP Server SP08

iOS above 8.x.x

Please help me in solving this issue.

Hi Everyone,

I have resolved the issue. There was a typo in url, i have given one extra backslash. Due to this was facing the above mentioned problem.

But somehow i haven't received any error in android application.
