Time dependent Attributes for master data cost element in BW

Hello folks,

I am checking time dependent attribute (cost element category) for the master data cost element in M table, I have got following records.

Valid from -- valid to-- cost element category

01.01.1000 -- 31.12.1994 -- 00

01.01.1995 -- 31.12.2400 -- 01

01.01.2401 -- 31.12.9999 -- 01

My question is how can we track these record changes ( I mean valid from & valid to dates) in source end, because when I checked CSKV table it is displaying single record as below

01.01.1995 -- 31.12.9999 -- 01

Please let me know where we can check this at the source end
