Has anyone else run into issues with ssam recording time confirmation in minutes? (when entering 1 HR, it is recorded as 60 minutes).
In S4, we always recorded time with unit = Hours (to the nearest .5). If we start recording time with ssam, some orders will have time in hours, some in minutes and others with both. When using Display Confirmations, IW47, it reports back value and unit used during entry; this will be confusing and require some additional work to address multiple units when running ad hoc reports by order and/or employee. I know IW37N will report back time in hours but then we lose visibility/breakdown by employee.
Any others run into this or have suggestions?
