Tile not available in technical catalog in Fiori Launchpad Designer in development

Hello all,

I want to add the tile "My Area of Responsibility" to a custom business catalog. This tile should be available in technical catalog SAP_TC_SCM_PP_COMMON. However, I cannot find it in this catalog in the development launchpad designer (LPD). I also could not find it in any of the related business catalogs.

However, if I check technical catalog SAP_TC_SCM_PP_COMMON in the launchpad designer for the test environment and the production environment, the tile is available. I can also see that the catalog has 114 items in development but 123 in testing and production. See screenshots.

What cause this issues? And how can I solve this issue?

Titled: "Fiori Technical or Business Catalogs are missing AND "Mapping missing for catalog" shown in /UI2/GET_APP_DESCR_REMOTE_ALL"

"Technical catalogs are following the *_TC_*_BE_* naming convention. Business catalogs are *_BC_*. Technical catalogs have to be replicated successfully to be able to access business catalogs."
