Ticket Creation for unassociated Emails using SDK

Hi Experts,

Below is our requirement.

Req: Create a ticket if the Support Team email address is specified only in the” BCC” field.

We are using webservice ManageServiceRequestIn as suggested by dominik.g in one of the posts.

Could anyone pls shed some light on which event of Activity BO will be triggered on receiving emails?
