Thumbnails for Content in Jam

Hi all,

is it possible and how can I edit thumbnails for certain content (or content types)?

E.g. we have a tile on the homepage showing the recommended content, that could be excel spreadsheets for a certain jam group or an image or a video (see screenshot). How to set thumbnails there?

I tried to go to e.g. my recommended video - clicked on video manager - thumbnails, but the picuture selected there is not displayed in the homepage.
