Hi,
We are implementing ChaRM and in I have copied the transaction type SMHF to ZMHF and all the profiles. When I create a Urgent Change Chnage Document Directly. It is working fine. This user has SAP_ALL profie.
When I try to create Urgent Change Change Document with user "Developer". I am getting a message "There is no active task list in the assigned project". There is some authorization issue. I have copied all the roles from the SAP standard roles. I have added some more authorizations to the custom transactions. It looks like there is some problem in these roles. And what is the authorization needed to create tasklist.
We are on Solution Manager 7.1 SPS06
Roles assigned to this user:
Z_SAP_CM_SMAN_DEVELOPER
Z_SAP_CM_SMAN_TESTER
Z_SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK
Z_SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO
Z_SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_CHA
Z_SAP_SM_S_RFCACL
Z_SAP_SM_USER_ADMIN
Z_SAP_SMWORK_BASIC
Z_SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_CHANGE_MAN
Z_SAP_SMWORK_CHANGE_MAN
Z_SAP_SOCM_DEVELOPER
Z_SAP_SOCM_REQUESTER
Z_SAP_SOCM_TESTER
Thanks,
Pradeep

go to SCMA and Activate the TASKLIST of the project, and remember to leave the cycle in Development with release.

Hi Pradeep,
please check if the developer role has object S_PROJ_GEN with PROJ_FUNC with TLCR and CTPR as in the picture below:
And also B_SMAN_WPL needs to have activity 01 and 05.
These values are usually included in the Change Manager's role SAP_CM_SMAN_CHANGE_MANAGER and not in Developer's role, so you need to include them if the Developer is creating the Urg Change or putting the Request for Change scope in development.
Best Regards,
Raquel
