Dear SAP Experts,

Please help me here.

when developer trying to change the transport layer in development packages and the TADIR entries for the objects to make them “home” in the SAP system TI1.

But when try to get in to change mode, they get an error with the RCF call to the PUM SolMan System

The SU53 shows nothing regarding this problem.

But when look ,where to problem comes up, it is at a RFC call to the SolMan for checking of locked objects.

I tried to check RFC in TI1 system and from my end it looks OK. Both connection and authorization test are OK.

From the screen below it looks like more authorization issue as is visible on the screen from su53.

 unfortunately, I couldn’t find any cross-system object locks in PUM system and don’t have user account in TI1 system to check the transport requests.

But observed the ABAP dumps for these locks, the termination occurred in ABAP program "/TMWFLOW/SAPLCROSS_SYSTEM_LOCK", in "SYSTEM-EXIT". The main program was "SAPMSSY1".

I have attached the ABAP dump file from Tcode ST22. Please help here.
