The requested template could not be found

Hello community! This is my first question.

When I imported my project created in a free license (sap build automation process) to a paid license, the templates created give me the following error "The requested template could not be found in the document information extraction service. It might have been deleted."

I can't edit them or do anything, what should I do?

In that case, it seems there is some issue, and it requires investigation in your tenant. Please create a support ticket.
