The Launchpad {{appTitle}} & {{appSubTitle}} config

The Launchpad displays {{appTitle}} & {{appSubTitle}} instead of the values, although added these when creating the app in BTP-BAS, in the launchpad config last step. Found OSS Notes on such issues, e.g., 2602285, but are in a diff env. Any idea?

thank you Gregor for your reply. I was trying to run the Discovery Centre mission "Create a modern user experience using SAPUI5 AND THE sap Fiori launchpad". All works fine, except the flp config using {{appTitle}} & {{appSubTitle}}. If I launch the Suppliers App from FLP, and drill down into it, then "yes", I see the Title, but in the main FLP landing page, I do see the parameters {{appTitle}} & {{appSubTitle}}, instead the values. I checked several OSS Notes mentioning such issue, but I don't think applies.

Cross checked the files such as i8n.properties and manifest.json, ... these looks Ok similar to templates I see.

After the deployment, using a terminal session, I checked the dir & files and these 2 files and more are there ...

Also, made sure that the index.html file "src" ~/resources/sap-ui-core.js" points to the correct required libs versions ... . Tried different paths, including higher lib version. The mta.yaml build and the mta_archives - FioriDemo_0.0.1mtar Deployment are successful with no errors, nor warnings. I'm using a trial account. I think that something is incorrect in that flp process, but not in the "Deplyment Configuration" and "Fiori Launchpad Configuration" steps, because that's very simple and clear in the instructions. Don't know, maybe a service missing ... or a bug .,, When I created the Demo_Fiori Dev SPACE in Business Application Studio, I did include the Additional SAP Extension "Development Tools for SAP Work Zone".
