Does SAP have future plans to expand the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) to support other languages, such as C# or PHP, in addition to the current JavaScript and Java?

I highly doubt it. Node.js Version is already the most popular and Java plays a minor role, I don't not think they will introduce a other language with low adoption.
