Hi,
I would like to understand if fields MARA-MSTAE, MARC-MMSTA, MARA-MSTAV, MVKE-VMSTA is blank in S/4 system what will be the impact and why is it mandatory when moving from ECC to S4 system.

Material statuses are used in S/4HANA the same way as in ECC - see SAP Help Material Statuses
I don't think they are obligatory when migrating to S/4HANA.
