The dialogue process abruptly stops in the middle of its execution

Our production system, ECC6, is experiencing a peculiar problem where the dialogue process abruptly stops in the middle of its execution without producing any usual dumps or application logs. This ODATA POST request has a 500 error at the end of it. The backend should have finished the operation even while queries from the frontend time out. The rdisp/max_wprun_time parameter value is set to 1800 seconds. Would someone kindly let me know what they think about this?

Hello,

Have you checked the value of the PROCTIMEOUT option at the ICM port (parameter "icm/server_port_X")?

Maybe the processing is taking longer, for some reason, and the ICM is sending the 500 due to the PROCTIMEOUT.

@Sandra_Rossi Thanks for your reply. This is an intermittent issue happening in production for random data. We are able to identify such data since impacted accounts are not fully updated. On average, total counts of such accounts are anywhere between 8 and 12 and they increase every month. We are not able to reproduce this in lower environments.

Okay, but what contains the developer trace in production?
