Hi Colleagues,

I got this error when I Log On to SAP Information Steward:

The CMS system database is not available. The error cannot be rectified by the end user. Please report this error to your system or database administrator. (FWM 02088) Enter your user information and click Log On. (If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator.)

More details:

production version: version=4.2.14

we should have these DB and they are on the same host

Make sure that the $ODBCINI is set up correctly before starting the CMS Server
