Text annotations configured but not available

Dear Community members,

I have a SAP Signavio workspace where text annotations in BPMN are enabled, but are not available for modelling.

Please check screenshots. Any help or hint is welcome. See description below

Define notations/ attributes

Annotations do not show up for modelers
