TestSuite Analytics: Download to excel

 Test Suite Analytics - Multiple test plan status report  download to excel loses status icon from excel. This is feature which works in Solution manager 7.2 SP15 (07/2022). Now we have 7.2 SP19 (07/2024). This same fenomen is with several reports, when downloading to excel

• Multiple Test Plan Status Details:Type, Ready to Test in Sequence ja Overall Status,
  Execution Status  icons is missing
• Test Plan – Test Packages Analysis: Test Note ja Test result icons is missing
• Test Plan – Test Cases Analysis: Test Note, Test result ja Overall status icons is missing
• Test Package - Test Cases Analysis: Test Note, Test result ja Status icons is missing
• Test Plan - Defects Analysis -raportti: Status icons is missing
• Test Package - Defects Analysis:Status ja Type icons is missing

I couldn find notes or any hints what is going on. It seems coherent behavior in all reports - icons are not downloaded to file. 

Any ideas?

I tested the following reports in SAP internal standard systems (solman 7.2 SP15, SP19 and SP20).

• Test Plan – Test Packages Analysis: Test Note ja Test result icons is missing
• Test Plan – Test Cases Analysis: Test Note, Test result ja Overall status icons is missing

and got the following results:

It works for solman 7.2 SP15 and SP20, the icons can be displayed in the download excel file.

The issue only occurs on solman 7.2 SP19. It should be a bug for solman 7.2 SP19. The focused build developer needs to be involved to fix the bug. Please raise an incident under the component SV-SMG-OST-FB-TWB with the issue details. (It will be better to provide a sample with some screenshots.)
