Test Service in BO in CAF

HI All,

I modelled a Business Object in CAF. Generated the application and then deployed it.

When i right click on Business Object Node and select Test Service. The service Browser comes up but i get an error "Access denied! The application requires CAF developer's rights!".

How do i get CAF developer's rights?

Hi Pankaj,

In case you are working with CE, you need to assign SAP_CAF_DEVELOPER role to the logged in user. This role should already be available in your portal from UME Database as its source. This will allow you to access the service browser. The other roles you might need for working with CAF are:

SAP_CAF_ADMIN

SAP_CAFUI_ADMIN
