Test Defect text log displays junk characters in CRM Web UI

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• when test defect is getting created using "My Task Tester Worklist" tile, SAP Std script Form is used as shown in screenshot.

• 

• when the same Defect ID is open through crm web ui, some characters like space, colon etc is replaced with Junk characters.

• 

• On the other hand when the same Defect is created through "My Test Execution" Tile (Focused build), it is displaed correctly but in a single line.

• 

Could someone point me in the right direction to fix this problem?
