Hello everyone, I have a question about SAP Analytics Cloud versions. For one client, I have the information summarized in the attached screenshot "ClientWithDifferentTenant.png," where the SAC tenant has the following domain: "https://******q.eu10.analytics.cloud.sap" Meanwhile, for most other clients, I have the configuration shown in the screenshot "ClientHCSTenant.png," and the tenant has the following domain: "https://******.eu10.hcs.cloud.sap"
Could you please explain the difference between these two SAC versions? Are there any limitations associated with the "analytics.cloud" tenant?
There should be no any feature difference. Domain name of SAC tenant has been changing over years, different year of tenant prevision might have different domain name.
Thanks! However, I have an initial question. For all clients with the tenant "hcs.cloud," I don't have any issues using the SAC Add-in. I simply download the add-in, log in to the tenant, and work with SAC without problems. Now, for the tenant "analytics.cloud," when I try to use the SAC Add-in, Excel opens a blank page, and the SAC Add-in fails to log in to the tenant. I came across this article on the web that might be related to the issue/different configuration: SAP Help Documentation - SAC Office Add-In. Have you ever needed to perform this configuration?
