Just try to replace the providers again with the same providers in your composite provider and try to activate. That should resolve this.

"...The implementation of this correction sidesteps the system response somewhat - CompositeProviders are set to inactive only if they contain a temporal join; otherwise, this does not happen. A CompositeProvider model with a non-temporal join remains inconsistent with regard to the InfoSet runtime until the join becomes a temporal join. Then, it might be necessary to replace multiple PartProviders with themselves in order to update the model of the CompositeProvider...."
