facing some problem while activating SAP Fiori apps, technical catalog name available in SAP Fiori app library but not available in designer launchpad for get tile reference?

check the installation section to see if the required component is installed or not.
Please add the following:
- SAP system version- the app you try to add- names of the missing catalogs- how do you check if the catalog is missing (screenshot)
