Taskcenter does not receive S4 task notifications

Hello team !

We are having the following issue, we have integrated S/4HANA with SAP Task Center + Mobile Start, everything work as expected but, in the Task Center the Notifications of new tasks are not being displayed in the bell in the page header.

User notifications for taskcenter tasks are not being displayed. When a Purchase Order Approval workflow task is sent to users, the notification is not presented in the workzone. 

The notification is working normally through Fiori's Myinbox.

Only in the workzone that is not working properly.

When performing a test of sending a notification through the transaction /n/IWNGW/BEP_DEMO it is displayed in the Fiori myinbox correctly, but it is not displayed in the workzone. 

When accessing the /N/IWFND/ERROR_LOG log, the following message is presented: "The remote service triggered a client error '400': 'Bad Request'"

Hello. The following is the gateway error screen.  I don't know how to check the body message that is sent. Can you explain to me how I see this? Thank you

Hi Fabio,

from your error log screenshot it seems that there is an issue with the specified notification recipients. If you cannot get it solved with this information on your side, I would recommend opening a support ticket to check this case in particular.
