Table type for BUS_EI_EXTERN structure in sap mdg

Hi Experts,

I have a general doubt and just need a guidance on the same.

We want to send some table type data from ECC to CRM box via BDOC for MDG BP.

I want to push the table type related to BP.

Can i just do the table type for BUS_EI_EXTERN structure in ECC via append and consume the same in CRM bdoc FM's.
