Table on SAC with Top N total, others and Total

Hi experts, 

I need to build a table on SAC with TOP N customers. The total shown is the total of all customers (this a limitaion on SAC note - 2716173). I need to build a table that shows: Total of Top N, Othes (Total Customers - Total of Top N), and Total Customers. 

Example:

I have build "Total of Top N" and "Others" with formula bar, but when changing Top 10 or a filter of the story the formulas are gone. Can´t make any calculated or restricted measure, because I'm using measures on columns. 

Any advice of how to solve this with standard features?
