System runtime error in S/4HANA 1709 FPS01 fully-activated appliance

I am getting a system error in my S/4HANA 1709 FPS01 fully-activated appliance (30-day trial SAP CAL on-premise). I am trying to deinstall an SAP add-on, transaction SAINT. Can you take a look?
