System not reflecting in System monitoring

We are recently facing issue in our FRUN where systems integrated do not reflect in System monitoring though the SSI completed. 

This issue resolved using the Snote : 3419413 - Systems are not showing in System Monitoring UI in FRUN launchpad - SAP for Me using the resolution B by updating the report RLMDB_INDEX_UPDATE_TS 

Since we use automation to integrate the system to FRUN this affects timeline for system build and Handover activities. 

We would like a way that it accepts multiple entries currently it can update one entry at time as it is time consuming

If the SEARCH INDEX consumer is not triggered you should implement the SAP Note:

3444702 - Report to trigger LMDB notifications

And run the report with consumer id CL_LMDB_NTFC_SEARCH_INDEX and namespace

Then all technical systems relevant for this namespace will be triggered.

However, as mentioned in KBA 3419413 you need to ensure the SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_DISPATCHER job is working correctly via sm37
